Accessibility Statement
REVIEW DRAFT: This copy is a professional draft, not legal advice. Aerial's counsel must review and approve it before publication.
We want people with disabilities to be able to find information and contact Aerial Land Surveying, D.P.C. If part of the website prevents you from doing that, please tell our office.
Getting help
Report a website barrier
Email surveys@aeriallandsurveying.com or call (631) 256-3019. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, what happened and how you would prefer us to respond. You can include your browser or assistive technology if that would help explain the issue.
Ask for another way to proceed
If you cannot use the online inquiry form or access information you need, contact the office to discuss another way to provide your request or receive the information. You do not need to describe a disability or provide medical information.
Accessibility work
Our target
The replacement website is being developed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA as its target. This includes attention to keyboard access, readable content, useful labels, visible focus and understandable form feedback.
Testing and limitations
A complete accessibility evaluation of the replacement website has not yet been completed. This draft does not claim full conformance. Testing results and any known limitations must be reviewed before the final statement is published.
Documents and third-party features
Documents and services provided through other systems can present different accessibility barriers. Contact our office if you have difficulty with a document, form-protection step or project tool so we can discuss the issue and an available alternative.

Keeping this statement current
The final statement should reflect completed testing, known limitations and the process for addressing feedback. A review date alone does not show that a website has passed an accessibility evaluation.
